1. Who we are

Unshattered is an event produced by Sigma Rizzy Productions, LLC (“we,” “us”), a Tennessee limited liability company. These terms govern your use of unshatterednight.com and your purchase of tickets to the event on Friday, October 16, 2026 at The Standard at Spaces in the City, Knoxville (the “Event”). By purchasing a ticket or using the site, you agree to them.

2. What a ticket is — and isn’t

A ticket is admission for one named guest to a private, one-night event: the evening’s program, a seated dinner, and open bar as described on the site. Tier benefits (Guest, Patron, Benefactor) are as described at the time of purchase.

Your ticket purchase is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible. Payment is made to Sigma Rizzy Productions, LLC, and you receive goods and services in return. Nobody profits from the Event: ticket revenue pays the costs of producing the evening, and all proceeds beyond those costs are given to the beneficiary nonprofit organizations. Gifts made directly to the beneficiary nonprofits — including sponsorships and auction gifts — go to those organizations and may be tax-deductible; consult your tax advisor.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your card statement will show a descriptor referencing the Event.

4. Refunds, transfers, and cancellation

• Through October 2, 2026: full refund on request — email hello@unshatterednight.com with your reservation reference.
• After October 2, 2026: tickets are non-refundable but freely transferable — send us the new guest’s name and we’ll update the list at the door.
• If we cancel the Event and cannot reschedule, you receive a full refund. If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket carries over, or you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
• We may update details of the program, menu, performers, or venue without triggering a refund, provided the Event remains materially the evening described.

5. At the event

• The Event is 21+ where alcohol is served; valid ID may be required. Service may be declined at the venue’s discretion.
• Dress code is black tie. Admission is by the guest list; your name (or your transferee’s) must match.
• We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behavior endangers or substantially disrupts the Event, without refund.
• Photography and filming take place throughout the evening. By attending, you consent to your likeness appearing in Event photography, film, and recap materials. If you’d prefer not to appear, tell us at check-in and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

6. Auction and giving

Live-auction bids are binding offers; winning bids are payable the night of the Event. Auction proceeds and fund-a-need gifts are directed to the beneficiary nonprofit organizations. Deductibility of auction purchases may be limited to the amount above fair market value; consult your tax advisor.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your ticket purchase or attendance is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events outside our reasonable control (including venue closure, weather, or acts of government). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee law.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee; venue for disputes is Knox County, Tennessee. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Questions: hello@unshatterednight.com.
