Sponsor Unshattered

Give to the cause.
Choose your moment.

A sponsorship is an unrestricted gift made directly to the beneficiary nonprofits — tax-deductible, and never passing through our hands. What you choose is the moment of the evening when the room hears your name for it.

What this is not

No banners. No booths. No logo wall.

This is a room of 120 people, not a stadium. We are not selling impressions or a step-and-repeat.

What we offer is rarer: association and access. Your name woven into an evening Knoxville will talk about for a year — spoken by the host, printed where guests actually look, attached to a moment they’ll remember. And seats in a room full of the people you most want to be in a room with.

The seven elements

Put your name on a moment of the night.

Your gift isn’t tied to the dinner or the bar — it goes to the nonprofits, whole. The element is where we thank you for it: one moment of the evening, carrying one sponsor’s name. When it’s claimed, it’s gone.

The flagship — highest honor of the evening

The Dinner

$12,000

The centerpiece of the night — the long table, three courses, the room’s transformation. Your name on the menu at every place setting and a toast from the host between courses.

A named element is recognition, not a purchase — every sponsorship is an unrestricted gift to the beneficiary nonprofits. Each includes Benefactor-tier seats provided with our thanks, scaled to the level — exact count confirmed at commitment.

Movement III · Commitment

The room decides
together.

The live auction is the centerpiece of the night.

A real auctioneer, paddles in the air, and a room that is genuinely having fun. On the block: one-of-a-kind experiences donated by the night’s partners — and works by local artists, each created to tell the story of a survivor and the nonprofit that stood beside them, presented at dinner by the artists themselves. Every dollar a paddle raises goes straight to the nonprofits.

Also on the floor

The silent auction.

Quieter, and running the whole evening: a silent auction of smaller items, browsed between movements. It’s the easiest way into the night — a good fit for smaller businesses that want to be part of it.

The media spotlight

Your story, told properly.

Sponsors and auction donors don’t get a logo placement. Our media team makes you part of the story — three times.

Before the night

The announcement

A feature introduces you and why you said yes — published while Knoxville is watching for details.

During the evening

The coverage

Our media team covers your element as the night unfolds — with you in the frame.

Why sponsors say yes

Four sentences we hear back.

The model is clean.

Your gift goes directly to the nonprofit partners — unrestricted, tax-deductible, never passing through us. You can tell your board exactly where every dollar landed.

The room is the right room.

120 seats, curated, black tie. These are Knoxville’s builders, givers, and connectors — and you’re in the room with them.

The story is yours to tell.

“We made that night happen” is a better sentence than “our logo was on the banner.”

It will not happen again.

This night exists once. So does this association.

Sponsorships are unrestricted gifts made directly to the beneficiary nonprofit organizations — not payment for goods or services — and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; consult your tax advisor. A named element determines when your gift is recognized during the evening, not what it funds. One sponsor per named element — first committed, first confirmed. Benefactor-tier seats are provided with our thanks, scaled to the level; the exact count is confirmed at commitment. Beneficiary organizations are announced to sponsors before the public. Custom packages available.
